Sharee' Thompson
CEO & Chief Visionary Officer
Sharee Thompson is the Founder, CEO, and Chief Visionary Officer of Helping Is The Core™, a transformational organization dedicated to helping individuals discover their purpose, strengthen their mindset, and create meaningful change in their lives and communities.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the health insurance industry, Sharee built a reputation for developing people, mentoring teams, and helping others recognize their potential. Throughout her career, she discovered that her greatest fulfillment came not from managing processes, but from helping people transform the way they viewed themselves and their possibilities.
That passion ultimately led to the creation of Helping Is The Core and the development of its foundational philosophy and Six Pillars Framework: Wake, Release, Become, Build, Align, and Contribution. These principles serve as the cornerstone of the organization's curriculum, coaching methodologies, workshops, books, and transformational programs.
Today, Sharee leads the vision, educational direction, and long-term strategy of the organization. Through speaking engagements, transformational programs, curriculum development, and community initiatives, she empowers individuals to build confidence, embrace growth, and create lives of purpose and impact.
As Founder, Sharee remains the steward of the Helping Is The Core mission, philosophy, and educational framework, ensuring that every program, product, and experience remains aligned with the organization's core purpose:

Eric Thompson
Chief Creative & Chief Growth Officer
Born and raised in Philadelphia as the youngest of eight children, Eric Thompson learned early the value of hard work, resilience, and determination. At just 16 years old, he set a goal to buy his first car and achieved it through discipline, commitment, and perseverance—qualities that continue to guide his leadership today.
After years in the corporate world, Eric recognized a desire to pursue work that created a deeper impact. Alongside his wife, he embarked on a journey of personal growth, self-discovery, and purpose that would eventually help shape the vision behind Helping Is The Core.
As Chief Creative & Chief Growth Officer, Eric leads the organization's creative development, growth strategy, and expansion initiatives. He oversees music production, creative direction, merchandise development, brand storytelling, and content creation while helping identify new opportunities for community growth, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and market expansion.
Eric combines creativity, business strategy, and innovation to help bring the Helping Is The Core mission to life across multiple platforms and experiences. His passion is creating content, products, and opportunities that inspire people to grow mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially.
Eric believes that helping others is more than an act of kindness—it is the foundation for meaningful change, lasting fulfillment, and a life of purpose.
Tamika McCants
Chief Digital Experience & Technology Officer
Tamika McCants serves as the Chief Marketing & Chief Experience Officer for Helping Is The Core, where she leads the organization’s brand strategy, customer experience, digital presence, and community engagement initiatives.
Drawing on a background in technology leadership, platform management, and strategic operations, Tamika brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and creative vision to the organization. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that inspire personal growth, foster connection, and support lasting transformation.
Her work focuses on ensuring every interaction with Helping Is The Core—from the website and digital platforms to programs and communications—reflects the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to empowering people to become the best version of themselves.
Christopher M. Trower Sr.
Chief Engagement Officer
Christopher M. Trower Sr. is an entrepreneur, business strategist, real estate professional, and community advocate with a lifelong passion for helping others succeed. A serial entrepreneur since launching his first business at age 15, Chris has built successful businesses across multiple industries while developing a reputation for servant leadership and community impact.
As a licensed REALTOR® and experienced business development leader, he has helped families achieve homeownership, built strategic partnerships, and led outreach initiatives that strengthen both businesses and communities. He is also committed to financial empowerment, regularly hosting workshops on homeownership, personal finance, and credit education.
As Chief Engagement Officer, Chris leads community engagement and partnership development, building meaningful relationships with businesses, educational institutions, nonprofits, and community organizations that advance the mission of Helping Is The Core.
